Important Update: Streamlining Our Training & Fee Structure for 2026

Learn about our new 2026 Term Payment system. We’re streamlining our process to focus more on fencer progress and consistency.

1/1/2026

Dear Parents and Fencers,

As we head into the new year, our goal is to focus more on what happens on the piste—your child’s progress and training consistency—and less on monthly administrative paperwork.

Why the change?

  • Training Consistency: Fencing is a sport of progression. Quarterly commitments help fencers set and reach specific technical goals and see better results.

  • Less Admin : You only have to worry about one transaction every three months instead of twelve times a year.

To support this, we are moving toward a Quarterly (3-Month) Term Payment system.

New Fee Structure (Effective 1 April 2026)

Starting in April, our standard group fees will transition to a term-based payment to reward committed training:

  • Public Group Fencers: $525 per term (remains at $175/month)

  • Affiliated School Fencers (SMSS / NTSS): $450 per term (remains at $150/month)

Note on Monthly Payments: While we encourage term payments for consistency, you may still choose to pay month-to-month after 1 April. However, the monthly rate will be adjusted to $190/month to cover the additional administrative processing and shorter-term commitment.

Early Bird Incentive: Jan–Mar 2026
To help everyone transition to the new system early, we are offering a special rebate:

  • Pay for the Jan–Mar term upfront (at the current $175/$150 rate).

  • Receive a $15 Rebate credited toward your next term (Apr–Jun). (If you have already paid for January, you may simply top up for Feb/March to enjoy this rebate!)

  • Loyalty Bonus: For those proactive fencers who already started the 3-month term payment at the end of 2025, you will also receive the $15 rebate credited to your next term!

What is NOT changing?
All other packages remain at their current rates:

  • Individual Lessons

  • Integrated Lessons

  • Kids Group Packages.

Thank you for your continued support and for being part of our fencing community.
